Cara menghilangkan jerawat

Cara menghilangkan jerawat dari dalam :

1. perbanyak minum air putih sesuai anjuran dokter
2. makan makanan sehat seperti buah dan sayuran
3. istirahat yang cukup di malam hari dan hindari stress untuk menekan produksi kortisol yang secara tidak langsung bisa memicu timbulnya jerawat
4. minum obat jerawat sesuai resep dari dokter
5. hindari mengonsumsi yang mengandung kafein seperti teh, coklat, kopi serta makanan berminyak

Cara menghilangkan jerawat dari luar :

1. melakukan perawatan menggunakan bahan-bahan alami misalnya lidah buaya, ambil lidah buaya bersihkan dan kupas kulitnya. AMbil gel lidah buaya dan ratakan ke wajah lalu biarkan beberapa menit sampai mengering. Setelah itu bilas dengan air bersih dan keringkan dengan handuk lembut bersih dengan cara ditepuk-tepuk.

Sebenarnya masih banyak bahan alami yang bisa digunakan untuk menghilangkan jerawat secara alami. Mungkin akan saya bahas pada artikel mendatang.

Cara mencegah jerawat muncul :

1. rajin berolahraga
2. minum air secukupnya sesuai anjuran dokter, tak perlu berlebihan
3. makan sayur dan buah untuk melancarkan BAB
4. cukup istirahat dan menjauhi stress
5. rutin mencuci handuk, bantal dan sprei biar selalu bersih
6. jangan memencet jerawat karena nanti bisa bertambah parah dan menyebar
7. hindari makan yang berkafein, berminay, serta sugary food
8. cuci muka 2 hari sekali dengan sabun pencuci muka untuk mengurangi kelebihan minyak
9. facial wajah rutin 2 minggu atau sebulan sekali

Itulah beberapa cara menghilangkan jerawat yang bisa anda coba serta anda sudah mengetahu apa penyebab jerawat sehingga proses penyembuhan bisa optimal.

 seorang sopir pribadi sesuatu keluarga memiliki rutinitas unik. dia kerap “bercinta” dengan pacarnya yang pembantu, si inem, yang pelayan seksi, di kolong mobil majikannya yang senantiasa diparkir di samping tempat tinggal.

“astaga, nyonya ! saya lagi betulin mobil ! ! !” parman menyahut lebih keras tidak mau kalah.
kata nyonya, “betulin mobil yang mana ? orang mobilnya telah dibawa ama ayah 5 menit yang lalu….. !”
